Natoora Dried WIld Mushroom Mix. A mix of sustainably foraged dried mushrooms including Girolles, Trompette de la Mort and Cep. Trompette de la Mort: grey-black flesh with a rich, nutty flavor. Cep: Sliced beige mushrooms with intense, aromatic notes. Girolles: whole golden mushrooms with a dense, buttery texture. Sourced for us by foragers in Bosnia and Russia, where the mild, wet climate is ideal for wild mushrooms.
